Frequently Asked Questions

+ Can I book a desk just for a day?

Yes! You can book a desk for the day, you get access to the space, your own desk and chair plus as much tea and coffee as you want!

+ What time do you open for coworking?

We open from 8.30am to 6pm Monday - Friday. If you need out of hours access then please discuss with reception.

+ Have you got fast internet?

All our site have a dedicated leased line, meaning there is no sharing, it is just for us so plently of bandwidth for all members. You can use wifi or ethernet cable.

+ Am I in a contract?

If you purchase one of our desk packages directly from the website then you are not in a contract, you have 30 days to use your package before it expires.

+ Can I have the same desk each day?

You can with our Dedicated Desk, you can purchase the desk for the whole month, leave your equipment as it will only be you using it.

+ Can I leave a screen on my desk?

If you have a dedicated desk then yes, if you have another package then we ask you to clear your desk each evening, reception can store your screen for you.

+ I am on the phone alot is that an issue?

We ask all members to be considerate of coworkers, our offices are not silent and most members use phones, if you have a personal call you can use the meeting room.

+ What is the cheapest membership?

Our Coffee Lounge Membership is £45 a month for either mornings or afternoons, 4 hours each day use of the space. You are not able to book and you only get use of the communal areas. Great membership for those who need to get out of the house.

+ Can I have a private office for the day?

Yes we have private offices for one person available to hire by the day, they start at £25 a day.
