LOCATION

First & Second Floor, 6 Nelson Street, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 1EF

We are to the left of Handlesbanken as shown below.

  • Use the code issued to you to gain access (front door open from 8.30-6pm)

  • As you come into the lobby use the keypad to the right of the yellow door

  • Enter the code and PULL the door

THE SPACE

On the first floor are the toilets, a breakout space with a coffee pod machine and at the end of the corridor is the kitchen. The private office is located on the 2nd floor, marked OFFICE 2. Continue up the stairs and office 2 is the second door on your left.

There is an intercom phone in the room that controls the intercom to your office. If you are expecting guests please ask them to buzz your office number marked on the panel on the yellow door.

The kitchen and break out space are available for you to use are the following:

  • Pod coffee machine

  • Filtered water

  • Use of cups, plates, glasses, cutlery provided

  • Use of fridge for lunch

  • Microwave

  • Fresh milk

  • Biscuits

Please put any used items in the dishwasher and keep the space clean for others to use.

Health & Safety /COVID

The space is professionally cleaned everyday. We provide hand sanitizer and anti-bac wipes for use throughout the day. Please ensure you wipe surfaces after use.
