+ I need a registered address for my business can you help?

+ Can I have a 01702 number?
Yes we offer a VOIP (voice over internet) service, you can have this either at your desk or virtually on your mobile or at home. It can be diverted to your mobile number or as a seperate handset you dial out from. Choice is up to you! prices start at £9.99 a month. More details can be found on our Telephone Service here.
+ How do I start using the Virtual Mailbox service?
It takes one day to set up, the application form is on our website, click here Choose which location you want and complete the online form. As soon as the form is completed our office will get in touch with next steps.
+ Am I in a contract?
If you take a telephone service the minimum term is 12 months, if you take a virtual office address then you can cancel anytime giving us a months notice.
+ How do I know when post has arrived for me?
We will email you when post arrives, you can give us a call if you want to check too.
+ What time are you open for me to collect my post?
You can collect your post Monday-Friday 9-6pm.
+ Can you forward post on to me at my home address?
Yes, we offer post forwarding service on a weekly basis, £25 a month for standard size post, extra charges may apply if your post is over a reasonable weight.
+ Can you forward post by scanning and emailing it to me?
Yes, This is done weekly and emailed to you, there is an additional charge of £19.99 a month for this service.
+ I only need the address for my website, I do not get post, how much will that be?
Our basic package is £19.99 a month.
+ Can I have more than one business registered to the address?
Yes, you will need to choose the 'Multiple Business Address' which allows up to five businesses on your account. We do require all the names of those businesses. Over five will require you to have two of these packages.
+ Can you sign for my packages?
Only at our Leigh Road office can we sign and take in packages.
+ What happens to my post when I cancel?
After you have given us a months notice, you have up to 4 weeks to remove the address from companies house, all your marketing material and issue a change of address to your contacts and suppliers. We will contact you in that 4 week period if post arrives for you to collect. After that time we will return post to sender and you will be liable to charges if the address is not removed from your website and companies house.
+ Can I meet my customers at the office address?
Yes, when you become a Virtual Office Customer you are able to book our meeting room or hire a desk for the day with 25% off the price. A code will be sent to you once you have signed up to the Virtual Office package and you can use it on our booking page.
